Today there is more and more pollution and the environment is becoming worse and worse. So we have to know how to protect the environment. Here are some ways.

To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot. Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. Therefore, governments are playing the most important role in the environmental protection today.
In my opinion, to protect environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, it should let people fully realize the importance of environmental protection through education. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the population planning policy into practice, because more people means more people means more pollution. Finally, those who destroy the environment intentionally should be severely punished. We should let them know that destroying environment means destroying mankind themselves
It is very important to protect the environment and prevent it from being damaged.If we continue cutting down forests,polluting water sources and releasing toxic chemicals into the air then the after effects can be disastrous.Destroying forests cause millions of animals to lose their homes and lost of plants that are vital to people since they take in carbon dioxide in exchange for oxygen.Polluting water sources with trash kills many aquatic animals and can greatly affect the food chain.The release of toxic chemicals into the air from factories and gaseous emissions also affect our health negatively.Global warming has appeared because of this and is causing ice from polar regions to melt,resulting to sharp rises in water levels.These things may not affect us now,but it will affect future generations so we must prevent any further damage to the earth by taking action immediately.

I like to live in the countryside.I live in a small village.There is a river near it.Lots of trees are around my house.I can see a lot of farms and birds.There is less noise.The air here is cleaner and fresher.There are fewer cars.I read aloud early in the morning.When it is getting dark,the moon is brightin the sky.It’s very quiet .What a nice place I live in !
After the Beijing Olympics,litters are being throw everywhere,even on the street and in the stadium even through trash bin are being provided.I think that since china can change the world impression about us having to holds the Olympics games,they are also able to change their mindset and think that china can go our part on going green.
Firstly,we have to start with reduces of carbon dioxides gas into the atmosphere to pollutants the environment.Next,we have to reduces the amount of litters that is being products per year and per house hold.
We will also have to educated the kids in school and tell them that caring for the environment start young.No matter how old you are,you are able to play a part in keeping the environment clean.We will also have to held campaign so as to spread the message across the nation that why and how is it important to keep our environment clean.And what are the consequences we have to face if global warming is starting sooner that what we have expected.
