秋天是旅游的大好季节,但外出旅游,若不注意保护自己的皮肤,会使皮肤皴裂、变粗,甚至患脂溢性皮肤病症,影响容貌.秋季外出旅游应注意以下几点：
一、由于旅途中人体运动量增加,人体内分泌量增多,脸上的汗水油脂也就多,如不及时擦净,经风吹日晒,会使皮肤发黑.因此,要注意保持皮肤的干净,最好用温水和护肤香皂洗脸,忌用碱性过强的肥皂.
二、旅游中应多吃蔬菜瓜果,增加体内的维生素和各种矿物质.
三、早起要洗净脸面.晚上,可用面膜清除毛孔内的灰尘和油脂.也可以用磨面膏轻磨.
四、外出旅游太阳暴晒,最好戴顶帽子遮住日光照射,并适当擦一些含酮的防晒霜.
五、旅途照相化妆,应适当化淡一点,入睡前要注意卸装清洗.
